At one time, we offered web hosting on a case-by-case basis.  Due to our now-limited resources, we no longer offer hosting to new users.  We've even scaled back the amount of hosting we do, period.  If you are interested in web hosting, we suggest you check out our preferred hosting provider (who we use for some of our more bandwidth-intensive stuff!)
